Have your teenagers run out of things to do this summer? Are they bored at home? Are you tired of watching them spend all day scrolling mindlessly on tiktok, instagram, snapchat? Never fear! Betty Ann Norton Theatre School have summer camps for teenagers in Rathmines and Dundrum this August.
There will be no fighting about getting out of bed in the mornings because these teenager friendly summer courses take place in the afternoon!
Ages 12-15 Summer Course for the afternoons (12:30-3:30pm) for the weeks of August 2nd-6th in St. Louis High School Rathmines, and August 15th-19th in Christ Church Taney.
Course Description: Students will develop skills in improvisation, movement, voice work, acting, and will create their own short film. Learn about film production and acting for camera when you write, direct, shoot and act in your original short film. There will be additional workshops in stage combat, theatre craft, musical theatre etc. depending on the week so it is possible to attend multiple weeks and continue to learn something new.
